ABSTRACT
Bomolochus globiceps (Vervoort et Ramirez, 1968) (Copepoda,
Bomolochidae), a parasite of the atheriniid fish Odonthestes
smitti from the coast of Mar del Plata, Argentina, is redescribed and
illustrated; details of the armature of appendages and differences from
the original description are given, and a new host record, O.
argentiniensis, is reported for this species.
